Dear Phil,

On behalf of Kirkley and Pakefield FC, I feel obliged to write you a few lines here in response to our recent Sporting Dinner Evening held at our Marquee at our Ground Walmer Road Lowestoft. I would like to thank you Phil for the Fantastic performance of the two lads who helped make our night a record fund raiser with a record attendance. This is our third year dealing with Phil and After Dinner Speakers4u and each time advice and performers were great value and great quality.

Ronnie Whelan in his soft Irish Brogue came over very well and the crowd loved his story telling and insight into his career and the fantastic characters he has played with and against. His humour and warmth came through at all times and the fact he had time for all says much about him and his professionalism.

I have had many come backs on the night and all were very favourable and I am certain we will be continue with our relationship and will certainly be doing business next year as I firm up date.

Lester Crabtree was fantastic and had all rolling in the isles with his great humour and risqué performance which was well received by all. His northern humour went down extremely well and he joined in with all activities. Lester was great value and we would recommend to anyone for future shows.

I would have no hesitation in recommending them both very strongly, all 300 guests (mixed audience) that attended the evening thoroughly enjoyed themselves immensely.

My sincere thanks to you Phil at After Dinner Speakers4u for another great success and I would confirm that I and my Club intend to have a long and successful relationship with you and your company for many years to come.

I write to thank you for the services of Lester Crabtree at our 33^rd annual Charter Dinner this October. Witty, articulate, only slightly bluer than a Smurf at the North Pole and very funny.

He took all the pressure off, as it was obvious he was going to do the business.

I would have no hesitation recommending him to any other Roundtable, or for that matter any other occasion where you want every single person who attended to thank you for a great night.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for such great entertainment over the last 12 months whilst I have been President. All of our functions have been fabulous and much is due to the excellent entertainment that your company have supplied.

I was very pleased to receive praise especially from the Commanding Officer congratulating me on the functions that I have organised. Much praise should be passed on to your entertainers for their professionalism and high standards of excellence.

What an outstanding show "Koo Ka Choo" and "Lester Crabtree" provided to end my year as President. During the second stint everyone was either on their feet dancing or stood on their chairs enjoying the show. The audience were totally enthralled by the spectacular performances by the the band and the comedian.

Once again, thank you for all your assistance during the year. I shall pass on to my successor all details and hopefully I shall enjoy more from Sphinx Management in the year ahead.

This letter is to let you know how much everybody who attended the 2003 Summer Ball, enjoyed the evening's entertainment.

From that day to this, people have not stopped congratulating the committee on a very successful night. The comedian LESTER CRABTREE was absolutely fantastic. His jokes and gags had never been heard before and nobody dared to talk or move in case he picked on them. Some people had stomach-ache the next day from laughing so much. I would highly recommend him to any committee thinking of hiring a comedian.

I would like to take this opportunity to express my thanks to your company for supplying the outstanding entertainment for our Christmas function.

I am grateful for your help and assistance in choosing the right entertainment for the night and also for making my life a lot easier.

The five piece band "Girlzworld" were fantastic. Not only were they very professional and friendly, but their range of music suited young and old alike and set the trend for the evening with their first of two sets. I would highly recommend "Girlzworld" for any function or venue.

The comedian "Lester Crabtree" went down a storm, with a wide and varied assortment of jokes and gags. He had the majority of the audience sat bolt rigid daring not to move or talk in fear that he would pick on them. Brilliant.

The night was a huge success, and I would like to personally thank you for your professionalism and assistance, and I will be passing on your details to the next committee.

Thank you for all your help in organising our first showcase at Baddeley Green, Stoke on Trent on Friday 16th April 2004. You put us in touch with Lester Crabtree (Comedian) and Gerry Grant (Roy Orbison), to say the show was great would be an understatement.

Lester was out of this world and had the audience in the palm of his hand during his entertaining act. He is a must for any function, brilliant. Gerry Grant was superb, if you looked away you would think the great man was there himself, what made it even more spooky was the fact that Gerry actually looks like Roy Orbison. I personally have known Gerry for over 30 years and he is still mesmerising. Both acts were at a very competitive and affordable price. We made a profit and could have sold ten times the tickets we did. The demand for tickets was phenomenal bearing in mind our club comfortably seats 400 people.

This is our first venture into showcase show's and we will be using your orginisation again shortly. On a final note would you pass on our regards and thanks to Lester for his contribution, hopefully we made him feel welcome. He had time after his spot to talk to the audience on a one to one basis which our members appreciated, a real gentleman. He said he liked our club, I know we liked him.

Lester was here in May 2004, back by public demand and what a performance he gave, all the jokes new and not repeated from the 2004 show, a real gent, couldn't get him off stage he would have stayed all night if we had let him. Took time again after his spot to mingle with the audience, its no wonder he gets such rave reviews, an honest and true professional performer. If,as a man, I could pick a friend, Lester would be it, a lovely thoughtful man.
